Predators is an action-sci-fi 2010 film by director Nimród Antal. The engaging storyline is projected to last 1 hour and 47 minutes. The movie was rated 6.4/10 by IMDb, 65% from Rotten Tomatoes, and 81% from the users of Google. This film received attention due to its dynamic storyline. A diverse range of mercenaries and militiamen are left stranded on an alien planet that has been used as a deadly game preserve, where they become the prey. It was released to theaters on July 7, 2010, in the USA. It was distributed by 20th Century Studios. The movie is about a survival mechanism in which this random group needs to work together to defeat a race of merciless aliens. At the box office, 'Predators', which grossed $127.2 million, is a visually appealing action package of suspense, science fiction, and extraterrestrial war-a very interesting addition to the genre.

It throws the audience into some men of different and diverse backgrounds: a mercenary named Royce, played by Adrien Brody; a doctor named Edwin, played by Topher Grace; an Israeli sniper named Isabelle, played by Alice Braga-and many more-who start falling freely in the air without memory of how they got there. Eventually, parachutes are opened, and they land in some sort of mysterious jungle. As they get together, they come to know that all of them are killers, and this gathering is to be the prey for an advanced technological and pitiless alien species-the Predators. Facing the danger of fatal extraterrestrial hunters, the group has to find a means to survive the alien jungle.

Throughout the struggle, the group encounters various types of Predators; among them are the bigger and more dangerous "Super Predators." On the way, they meet Noland, who is one of the survivors who has kept Predators at bay for years. He warns them about the hunting methods the Predator uses and advises them to escape the game.

Trying to find their way through the hostile environment, they discover that the Predators' game preserve has been taken to an alien planet, which they use as a hunting ground. Royce takes over the leadership of the group, and they work out the plan of defense against the Predators. It is revealed that the Predators hunt human sport across different planets. By many challenges-one of which is fighting with Super Predators-only two, Royce and Isabelle, beat them and the rest of the survivors get away on the planet.

In one of those twist endings, it's suggested that the Predators respect those who can challenge them and survive. Royce decides to stay on the alien planet, awaiting the next wave of Predators in what could be a setup for a series of further battles.
