"Siccin 3" introduces a tight-knit group of friends: Orhan, Sedat, and Kader. Orhan and Sedat have been inseparable since childhood, and Kader, Sedat's younger sister, has always been a part of their bond. Orhan has secretly loved Kader for years, but out of respect for Sedat and their friendship, he has kept his feelings to himself.
One day, tragedy strikes. Orhan and Sedat are involved in a catastrophic car accident. Orhan escapes with minor injuries, but Sedat falls into a coma. Wracked with guilt, Orhan visits Sedat in the hospital regularly, praying for his recovery. In Sedat's absence, Orhan and Kader find solace in each other. Their shared grief deepens their bond, and eventually, they fall in love and marry. Despite their happiness, Orhan is haunted by the accident and the condition of his best friend. Kader, too, is torn between her love for Orhan and her lingering guilt about Sedat.While sorting through Sedat’s belongings, Orhan discovers an old, mysterious book filled with information about black magic and dark rituals. Desperate to wake Sedat, Orhan decides to use one of the spells, despite the risks. He performs a ritual from the book, hoping for a miracle. Initially, nothing happens, but soon, strange and terrifying events begin to unfold.
Orhan starts seeing ghostly apparitions and experiencing harrowing nightmares. Kader feels an ominous presence in their home, and their young daughter, Ceyda, begins to behave oddly. As the supernatural occurrences intensify, Orhan and Kader seek help from a religious cleric. The cleric explains that the ritual has unleashed a powerful and vengeful spirit tied to their family's dark past. They learn that their family has been cursed for generations due to their ancestors' involvement in dark magic. This curse has brought tragedy and suffering to each generation, and Orhan's ritual has reawakened the malevolent force. To save themselves and their daughter, Orhan and Kader must uncover the origins of the curse and find a way to break it. Orhan's investigation reveals a shocking truth: Sedat's coma was not a mere accident but a consequence of the curse. The evil spirit targeted Sedat to prevent him from revealing the family's dark secrets. Realizing the gravity of their situation, Orhan becomes determined to end the curse once and for all.
In a dangerous and complex ritual, Orhan and Kader confront the vengeful spirit. The ritual requires them to face their darkest fears and make a significant sacrifice. During the intense and terrifying final showdown, they manage to complete the ritual, and the spirit is vanquished. Miraculously, Sedat awakens from his coma, and the family finds a brief moment of peace. However, the film ends with a chilling reminder of the lingering effects of their dark past.
